Learn More Learn MoreI starting boxing as a 12-year-old boy, transitioning to martial arts in my 20s. I've been a personal trainer for 5 years.
I have a long fight history, starting out with amateur boxing at 21, then mixed martial arts, with my first MMA fight coming at 26 years old. Going into my fifth MMA bout, I am gradually increasing my experience and cage time, improving with each fight.
I passed my PT qualification over five years ago. When the pandemic hit, I took my clients to local parks to train. For the past 3 years I have been flexible in how I train clients: some prefer me to visit their homes, others come and see me in the gym.
Learn Muay Thai, Kick Boxing or Western Boxing, and pick up the combat skills that my coaches taught me.

Building all fitness components to a base athlete level using weight-training, aerobic & anaerobic systems and calisthenics.
Each program will be tailored and unique, some might involve weight training, others martial arts, but my approach is always largely the same. We will discuss any previous injuries and I will test for imbalances in the body. As we train, we will train to iron out these imbalances. A your body starts moving how it should, you will be surprised how much stronger you feel and how fast you can achieve these goals.
I've fought competitively for 6 years. My passion for the sport has taken me from arenas in Brighton to Muay Thai rings in Phuket.
