We'll utilise gym apparatus like weights, resistance machines, and cardio equipment to push you to your limits. From deadlifts to rowing, I'll teach you how to carry out these exercises with proper form to a professional standard.
As with the 1-on-1 sessions, we will start with an assessment and a tailored program. If you don't have access to a gym this is not an issue - my programs are adaptable, meaning I'll find alternative household items that you can use for resistance.
Regular check-ins will keep us on track, and I'll guide you on proper form through the screen. Nutrition tips are on the agenda too, ensuring you're fueled for success.
